Dr. Harper has over 25 years of dermatology experienceincluding basic skin research, new technology discovery for topical products, clinical safety and efficacy testing ofconsumer products, OTC and Rx drugs. He has managed several university and industry research programs includingin vitro toxicology and product development leading to marketed topical products. He has been an active memberof American Academy of Dermatology Society of Investigative Dermatology – AAAS. He served as Director ofClinical Research at PRACS Institute, Ltd., Fargo, ND. during 2004-2006. Prior to that, he was with DermTechInternational, San Diego, CA as Executive Vice President during 1997-1998 and with Cosmederm Technologies Inc, LaJolla, CA as Vice President Clinical Development during 1996-1997. He was with of California Skin ResearchInstitute, San Diego serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer during 1996-1997. Prior to that, he servedas Research Director of Product Safety Testing in Hill-Top Inc. and had also worked as a manager of Biotechnologywith Helene Curtis Inc. He was on faculty at Temple University Medical School, Skin & Cancer Hospital,Philadelphia, PA during 1972-1987 and also worked with University of Pennsylvania as a Senior Scientist during1987-1989. He has published 38 papers in peer-reviewedjournals, including 2 papers in SCIENCE.

Her therapeutic field experience in clinical trials is in Endocrinology, Dermatology, Infectious Diseases, Gastroenterology, Oncology and Respiratory. Dr. Murray brings to Hill Top Research 29 years family practice experience. He has served as Principal Investigator since 1995 in the areas of dermatitis, women’s health, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases, osteoarthritis, and AP/DEO efficacy. He has participated in over 130 clinical trials as an investigator. Dr. Murray received his M.D. degree from Wright State University School of Medicine, Dayton, OH, completing his internship and residency at Bayfront Medical Center, St. Petersburg, Florida. He is licensed to practice medicine by the State of Florida, Board Certified and a Present Diplomat, American Board of Family Practice, and a Certified Clinical Research Investigator, ACRP.
