Ms. Baxter brings 15 years of Hill Top experience to her curent QA management responsibilities. As Director of Microbiology for 14 of those 15 years, she had oversight for Clinical and Microbiology testing services and Oral Care. Her depth of experience extends beyond Hill Top Research with 20 years prior experience at DuBois Chemical/Diversey Corporation. She has been instrumental in protocol development, SOP leadership and coordination, regulatory compliance for laboratories and clinical testing sites. Ms. Baxter holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Dayton, graduate coursework in Microbiology from the University of Cincinnati, with accreditation as a Specialist Microbiologist from the American Academy of Microbiology.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
-Anita Kaul, Vice President-Global Quality Assurance
Mrs Kaul has over 20 years of experience in research. She has experience in implementing policies and procedures to maintain the regulatory compliance of the organization, assuring the level of compliance to established procedures, protocols and regulations. Prior to BA, she served as Asst. Director-Quality Assurance at Dabur Research Foundation. She has also worked with Ranbaxy Research Laboratories and All India Institute of Medical Sciences. She has M.Sc. in Biochemistry from Panjab University.
-Nancy Campbell, Quality Assurance, Dermatology Rx
Ms. Campbell brings to Hill Top Research over nine years of clinical trials experience, working in dual capacities in quality assurance and direct study conduct. Prior to joining Hill Top Research, she was President of her own independent quality assurance consulting business. She received her early QA experience as a field quality assurance coordinator and auditor. Ms. Campbell received her B.S. in Agriculture, Plant Science with a Minor in Biology from the University of Delaware. She is a past member of the Society of Quality Assurance. She has one publication and multiple presentations to her credit in the area of study conduct and quality assurance.
-Barbara Godfrey, Quality Assurance, Personal Healthcare, St. Petersburg
Ms. Godfrey brings 16 years of experience to Hill Top Research. She has served as Study Manager, Report Writer, and clinical monitor, and has hosted facility audits for many client companies. She has conducted numerous training courses on QC processes, SOPs, ICH/GCP, regulatory inspection preparation, hazardous communications, data documentation, etc. Ms. Godfrey obtained her B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida. She is a member of the Society of Clinical Research Associates and a past member of the Society of Quality Assurance.
