- Jim Bowman, Director, Operations
For over 32 years, Mr. Bowman has been involved in the statistical and technical aspects of clinical trial testing at Hill Top Research. Mr. Bowman has coordinated all of Hill Top’s statistical services since 1989 and has been the statistician of record for thousands of studies conducted in the areas of personal care, microbiology, oral care and sensory testing. Mr. Bowman also has experience in operations management at several Hill Top sites. He has over 65 publications to his credit in safety, skin, oral care and microbiology testing. Mr. Bowman holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University of Ohio and an M.S. in Biostatistics from the University of Cincinnati.
John Lyssikatos, Sales and Marketing, Personal Healthcare
Mr. Lyssakatos has over 21 years of sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, health and personal care markets along with years of experience in the operations and management of clinical trials. He has served as a principal investigator in the specific area of acne, product safety and efficacy assessment. He also possesses specific skills and training in clinical photography and photobiology. Mr. Lyssikatos holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Rutgers University. He is the past president of the Dermal Clinical Evaluation Society and is a published author and presenter.
