Stacey Risk

Director, Business Development & Clinical Feasibility

In her role, Stacey Risk provides business development support for personal care and pharmaceutical companies.

Stacey began her career with Hill Top Research over 10 years ago at the Winnipeg, Canada site. She worked at the Manchester, United Kingdom site prior to moving to St. Petersburg. She was promoted to Site Manager in September 2006 and Business Development Director in 2007.

Stacey earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada.

Ms. Risk is responsible for all operational aspects of clinical trials at the St. Petersburg site, overseeing the study teams and managing all internal and external resources.

Ms. Risk joined Hill Top Canada in 1995 as a Research Technician. She was quickly promoted to Project Leader in 1996, then to Study Coordinator. In 1998, Stacey was promoted to Study Manager. In 2005, Stacey was promoted to Assistant Site Director, St. Petersburg, FL, making the move from Winnipeg, Canada to the United States at that time. In September, 2006, she was again promoted to Site Manager, St. Petersburg, FL.

Stacey has international experience as a clinical trainer for Hill Top. She has experience coordinating and managing several study types including patch, dry skin, dandruff, sunscreen, and antiperspirant. Stacey is a trained evaluator for dandruff testing and diaper testing and an applicator/evaluator for sunscreen studies. Stacey is a qualified Investigator in the areas of antiperspirant testing and SPF testing.

Stacey received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba. She is a member of the Canadian Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association and Health Care Products of Manitoba. She has three scientific publications on dermatology to her credit.
