Ms. Baxter serves as the General Manager of Hill Top's Microbiology business unit, after spending 20 years with Dubois Chemicals/Diversy Corp.

Kathy joined Hill Top in 1996 with proven expertise in disinfectants. Based at the Cincinnati research center, she is a member of several professional microbiology societies and has participated in numerous publications and seminars.

She received her B.S. in Biology from the University of Dayton, and has taken graduate courses in microbiology from the University of Cincinnati.
