Tina Ramey joined Hill Top Research in October, 2001 as Recruiting Manager for the Ohio Recruiting Center with nine years prior marketing experience. In April, 2004, Tina transferred to the Reed Hartman Research Center (RHRC), Cincinnati, OH as the Administrative/Recruiting Coordinator. In October, 2006 Tina was promoted to Site Director, RHRC, where she successfully managed all facets of the clinical facility including patient recruiting efforts. In January, 2008, Tina was promoted to Director of Recruiting for global patient recruiting (U.S. and Canada), drawing on her in-depth expertise in call center management and the talent for developing strategic marketing strategies to recruit specialized populations to meet client needs.

Tina obtained her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. She has the unique combination of hands-on patient recruiting and clinical site management experience with a thorough grasp of the clinical research process, market research and media consumption patterns, subject population information, bilingual cultural issues, and geographic considerations necessary to ensure our clients\'\' clinical trials are a success.
