Elsie Kohoot – Winnipeg Site Manager, Skincare Specialist

Elsie Kohoot brings in 22 years of experience and expertise in dry skin evaluation, patch, acne, fine lines testing, comedogencity slide evaluations, and bioinstrumentation and use studies. She has been involved in study management, protocol development, coordination and analysis of data, and reporting for clinical studies. She has developed and implemented the dry skin evaluation training program, and is an approved investigator in the area of moisturization testing and patch test studies. She has 11 publications/presentations to her credit in dermatology.

Elsie received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Winnipeg. She is a member of the Canadian Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association, International Society for BioEngineering and Skin, and Life Science Association of Manitoba.

Michael Keeffe, CCRC, – Manager - Personal Health Care, Saint Petersburg, FL.

Mr. Keeffe has 20 years of experience in the clinical, academic, food science laboratory environments, including quality control oversight. Mr. Keeffe is a Certified Odor Judge, certified in various skin grading procedures and has been a Certified Medical Laboratory Technician.

Mr. Keeffe's experience in personal healthcare has been focused on specialty populations including children and women. He has experience in protocol development, study design, feasibility and regulatory submissions. Mr Keeffe works closely with the medical investigators with respect to the many technical aspects of personal health care trials, including photography and instrumentation. Mr. Keeffe is active in his local community serving on several advisory boards and as a diversity consultant to businesses, medical providers and educational institutions.

Joelle Potrebka – Winnipeg Assistant Site Manager, Hair care specialist

Joelle Potrebka brings 20 years of experience coordinating and managing several study types to Hill Top Research, including SPF, patch, dry skin, and dandruff. She is a qualified Principal Investigator in the area of SPF and anti-dandruff shampoo efficacy testing. She is a trained grader for sunscreen testing, dry skin, patch, and dandruff.

Joelle obtained her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Manitoba. She is a member of the Canadian Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association, and Health Care Products of Manitoba. She has six publications to her credit.
